Nairobi/Lewa : Lewa Downs - 4 Days
Once you have arrived at this privately owned ranch you will feel immediately at home, with delicious home-made food and cosy, cottage-style rooms. The activities are very varied and include day and night time game drives in 4WD, bush walks, horse-riding and camel walks, visits to pre-historic archaeological sites and cultural visits to local villages. There is a swimming pool and tennis court.

Lewa/Masai Mara : Rekero Camp – 3 Days
Rekero is owned and run by Gerald and Rainee Beaton. This tented camp is seasonal and is set up from June to October & from December to March. Its location at the confluence of the Talek and Mara river make it a superb spot for watching the migration. If you are lucky you may even catch the river crossings of zebra and wildebeest. In keeping with the temporary nature of this camp there are bush showers, and kerosene lanterns to light the camp.

Masai Mara/Nairobi/Lamu :
Lamu/Kizingo boat transfer : Kizingo, Lamu – 5 Days
Simple bandas facing the sea, set on an unspoilt beach – this beach lodge consists of just six spacious thatched cottages, each with a verandah. MaryJo and Loius van Aardt are thoughtful hosts, and food is fresh and delicious. The swimming is excellent. In season there is a chance to swim with dolphins, a truly magical experience.
